Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade

Instructions:

Put in a cup of water to the food processor


Set the trivet or steamer basket inside the pressure cooker and put the eggs on it


The lid of the pressure cooker needs to be locked in place


Let the pressure cook for 5 minutes at high pressure


After the cooking time is up, quickly release the pressure


With care, take the eggs out of the pressure cooker and put them in a bowl of ice water to quickly cool down

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup of whole milk

  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of boiling water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners


In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter


Press a tablespoon of this mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to create the crust


In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt


Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients


Mix until the batter is smooth


Stir in the boiling water until the batter is well combined


The batter will be thin, but that's okay


Pour the batter evenly into the cupcake liners over the graham cracker crust


Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean


Remove the cupcakes from the oven and immediately sprinkle each with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips


Return the cupcakes to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, just until the marshmallows start to melt and turn golden brown


Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
